Pair of Brass Candle Holders with Lotus Leaf and Frog
This is a lovely pair of rare and exotic Early 20th Century Oriental brass candle sticks formed in a lotus motif. This lovely pair both have a bamboo bodice intercepted by lotus flowers, with a frog posed atop each lily pad surrounding the pricket, and beautiful veining detail to the underside of the lily pad as well. Three footed bases anchored by temple lions with extended tongues support each candlestick. A beautifully detailed pair in lovely condition.
