Bronze Vase With Gilt Detail, circa 1960
This is an exceptional patinated bronze vase, expertly hand cast in solid bronze with brushed gilt motif wrapping the outer form, numbered one in an edition of 12 by the maker Neptune Designs. This piece has an exceptional mottled finish to the exterior and lovely gilt line detail. The base bears the artist’s stamp as well as it’s edition number, identifying it as the first of twelve that were made. This vase is one of four by this studio in our collection, all first editions.
